연필깎이 부스러기가 컨셉이었던 Lightshade 프로젝트에서 형태를 발췌하고 변형하여 다양하고 새로운 공간들이 형성되었다.
연필을 깎았을 때 나오는 불규칙적인 부스러기들이 변형되어 다양한 공간을 형성한다. 부스러기들이 서로 연결되어 말린 모습과, 깎이다가 자잘하게 분산된 부스러기들의 모습 등 다양한 모습들이 공간으로 재탄생한다. 일반적인 연필깎이의 부스러기는 평평한 단면의 유닛으로 되어있지만 이 공간은 천장과 바닥이 있는 새로운 유닛이 기준이 되어 더욱 다양하게 변형된 것이 특징이다. 천장이 없이 뚫린 테라스 공간, 거대한 매스를 통해 압도되는 공간, 천장이 있는 그늘진 공간과 사적인 공간과 같이 서로 다른 색다른 느낌이 드는 공간을 찾아볼 수 있다.

Irregular shavings from sharpening pencils are deformed to form various spaces. Various shapes, such as dried crumbs connected to each other and finely dispersed crumbs after sharpening, are reborn as spaces. shavings from general pencil sharpeners are made up of flat sectional units, but this space is characterized by more diverse transformations based on new units with ceilings and floors. You can find spaces that feel different and different, such as terrace spaces without ceilings, spaces overwhelmed through huge mass, shaded spaces with ceilings, and private spaces.

Shavings of Pencil
Lightshade의 연장선으로서 공간화 프로젝트의 컨셉을 정했다. 연필깎이 부스러기의 불규칙하면서도 규칙적으로 말리는 형태를 여러 변주를 통해 새로운 공간들로 만들었다.
As an extension of the lightshade, the concept of the spatialization project was decided. The irregular yet regular drying of pencil sharpener crumbs was made into new spaces through various variations.
Design
처음 선정한 단위 유닛을 다양하게 변형하여 1차 변주의 과정을 주었고, 그 다양한 변주들을 다양하게 조합하여 2차 변주의 과정을 주었다. 마지막으로 각 조합들의 컨셉을 정하여 전체적으로 각각의 큰 매스들에 용도를 주었다.
The first selected unit was transformed in various ways to give the process of the first variation, and the process of the second variation was given by combining the various variations in various ways. Finally, the concept of each combination was determined and used for each large mass as a whole.
